VIDEO: Joe Rogan, 54, completely demolishes heavy bag with multiple spinning kicks

Joe Rogan always tries to stay in shape and make sure he trains and trains regularly. Rogan recently gave fans a preview of his workout regimen as he shared a video of him kicking a heavy sack.

The UFC commentator has always been in the martial arts and started training karate at the age of 14. He then started taekwondo. And won the US Open Championship taekwondo tournament as a lightweight. He also practiced kickboxing and held a 2-1 record but withdrew from competition.

However, it seems he hasn’t stopped practicing his techniques. In the latest video, he can be seen throwing devastating spinning kicks at a heavy bag. Rogan recently recovered from a knee injury and now appears to be in great shape.

In the caption of the video, he wrote that his knees felt good. He also thanked MMA legend Georges St-Pierre for providing the inspiration to get through training.

Rogan keeps trying new techniques and follows a strict diet to keep himself in top shape. He’s already talked about his routine and what works for him when it comes to training.

Joe Rogan’s Diet and Workout

Joe Rogan is one of the fittest men. He continues to experiment with his diet to try and get the best possible results. The MMA analyst even tried the controversial carnivore diet for a month, and despite no scientific study on its benefits, he was feeling great after a month.

In one of his podcast episodes, Rogan revealed his workout schedule and diet. He said, “I schedule my workouts every Sunday. I schedule everything I’m going to do during the week. I say “I have to do yoga twice this week” and “I have to lift weights three times this week” and “I have to run twice this week”. And yet, I integrate that, I integrate that. But I have these things, so I have to integrate them.

On top of all that, he works on kickboxing and jiu-jitsu whenever he can. For his food, he has no bread, has very few carbohydrates and no sugar. He eats a lot of vegetables and a lot of meat.
