The Israeli actor joined former UFC welterweight champion Matt Serra and Jim Norton on their UFC Unfiltered podcast and donated his two cents on the hit match. He showed his support for “The Diamond” and criticized Nate Diaz for his last performance against Leon Edwards.

He said he was true. I watched his interview the week after his loss. He said the only person who could turn him on to get up and train right now is Nate Diaz. And Nate Diaz, not for nothing, kind of turned into a walking punching bag. So I think for Dustin it might not be an easy win but almost a very, very sure win.

“That’s what Leon did to him… I think if you look at the first four laps Leon put him back together; he did whatever he wanted with him. And it really was a walking punching bag. I think Nate Diaz, if it’s Dustin Poirier, I think he’s going to train harder than he’s ever trained, but I think Dustin wins man ”, Rubenstein continued.

Dustin Poirier confirms fight against Nate Diaz
